What vehicle do you recommend?

We recommend the Ford F550 series with Liquid Springs for the most comfortable ride.

Why do you build the Habitat in Europe and ship it over?

We would build with a manufacturer in North America if possible, but the engineering, experience and quality from Boxmanufactur provides is superior and we want nothing but the best for our customers. This is the structure of the build.

You have experience building on different chassis?

Yes, our team has experience building on LMTV’s, Kenworth 310, Unimog U500, International Work Series, Freightliner M2, Ford Super Duty, Dodge 5500, Fuso, Isuzu, Sprinter, Transit and more.

Resale value or trade in?

We will help resell your vehicle, at this time we do not offer trade ins. The value does fluctuate based on the market, but our vehicles hold their value very well.

Factory support: Where are warranty issues taken care of?

Depending on the part determines where the repair will be taken care of. We work with a network of partners and suppliers across North America and Europe. We offer a mobile support team to take care of our customers.

Do you have afterhours support?

Yes, just like when you are living in us when purchasing a vehicle. We answer the phone on nights, holidays and weekends to make sure our customers are taken care of.
